How can I download the Past Papers on the site?

To download files from the site you need to have credits, each credit is equal to one past paper. Some files like questionbanks or other larger resources can not be downloaded with credits.

How do I view the past papers?

For viewing the past papers, you will need either Adobe Reader or a PDF Viewer. You can get Adobe Reader for free from here. Some files on the site have a .doc extension and require Microsoft Word or a free alternative like openoffice.

What are questionbanks and how can I use them?

Questionbanks are programs which contain a database of individual questions from past papers which you can search. It allows you to make mock tests and answersheets. The programs are native to Windows only but using Wine for Linux or Mac you can run them in an emulated environment.
You might need WinRAR to open the QuestionBanks (only PC) and other files. This software is free and can be downloaded from here.

What are Credits and how do I get them?

With credits you can download files from ibpapers.net, you can get these credits by contributing to the collection, completing surveys or buying them.

How can I contribute to the collection?

When you are logged in click on Upload on the top navigation area and follow the instructions.

What can I do if there aren't any surveys available in my area?

We advise you to upload resources or past papers or purchase credits.

Ive uploaded some files, when will i get credits?

We try to moderate the uploads as soon as we can, we can not give an abolute time, but we strive to have a 48 hour turn around time.

How long will the credits in my account be valid?

Your credits will remain valid as long as your account is valid. If you follow the rules they will be valid for ever.

I see there is a file in the wrong place or has the wrong name, can you move/update it?

Please send us an email atand lets us know which file is wrongly located and where you think it should be or what it should be called.
